I had to do some foam rolling this morning because my calf and hamstring muscles were really tight. I am trying out some new shoes, Skeletoes AMP by FILA, a new minimalistic athletic shoe. Really feeling it in my left calf, but so far I love these shoes.
I have still been adding the extra Insanity workout on some days because I am helping a friend with some cardio. Insanity-Fast and Furious is good because its a twenty minute workout that torches some calories and gets you going with max intervals.
I gotta say I still love this hybrid. So far my core continues to get stronger and feel like I am seeing good results 15 days in. I missed doing P90X and some of the Insanity workouts while I was doing P90X2. This gives me all three and kills some major calories. The workouts are easy compared to the extra calories I need to eat to keep up, but hey it will all be worth it.
